This hillside house design features 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and multi-level spaces. Sited on a forested hillside lot in Mill Valley, each room on the ground floor connects to outdoor spaces. Clad in stucco and ipe siding, it features heated concrete floors, multiple spaces for entertaining, and a chef’s kitchen that serves as the heart of the home. UBW designed, entitled, and project-managed this ground-up new construction.
