Urban Building Workshop served as architect of record for this project. We created all of the design drawings and secured entitlements and permits for the development of 17 single-family homes on an in-fill parcel in Sonoma County. As part of the projects, a density bonus was secured for providing a percentage of affordable housing. Additionally, 27 existing apartments were renovated and six new units were approved to be built. Unfortunately, the Sonoma wildfires of 2017 destroyed much of the project while it was in construction. The 17 homes were built and are now occupied. The remainder of the project will be rebuilt at some point in the future.
