Kevin is a very gifted architect with a great sense of design. He is also extremely competent in navigating through the codes and regulations that hamper so many other architects in Mill Valley and San Francisco. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kevin, both as a person and an architect to any prospective builders and homeowners.

Kevin and his team were the architects for our SF home, purchased in 2013. As soon as I walked into the unit, I instantly knew it was a perfect fit for our family. From the open floor plan, 10-foot-plus ceilings, to the modern design and finishes, the unit was perfect.

Our family moved into this beautiful home in Mill Valley, CA. Kevin and his team designed and built it. The open plan, tall ceilings and abundant light make the home feel bright and spacious. And we love it. The modern details including natural siding, metal windows and metal roof make the house so contemporary!

Urban Building Workshop renovated several buildings in San Francisco. Their designs created airflow, increased natural light, and allowed for much more livable space, giving old buildings a new life. Their team skills, as well as their ability to navigate the city’s permit process, were key to the success of each project.

We have been so pleased with the work everyone at UBW is doing to help us get through this! I’ve had a home built before and dealt with subs, schedules, budgets etc., so this feels like all of that burden has been lifted as you all take care of everything!
