In October 2017, Northern California experienced the most devastating firestorm in California history. Overnight, the October fires destroyed nearly 6,000 structures and changed the lives of Sonoma and Napa County residents. Many of our Sonoma County projects that we worked to design and build for the community were part of the devastation. We are sorry for our community’s loss, and we want to help rebuild.
It will take time for the counties to recover and rebuild what was lost in the fires, which seems overwhelming. However, Urban Building Workshop is here to help every step of the way. Urban Building Workshop is a design-build firm that has been building throughout the Bay Area – and Sonoma County, in particular – for 15 years. From design, to permitting, to construction, our team of licensed Architects and General Contractors have completed several new homes and communities in Santa Rosa and Sonoma County.
We have created a one-stop point of contact for clients where we can manage all aspects of design, permitting and construction. Our clients are in various stages of the build process currently. Several have foundations, some are in framing, and some are in design perfecting their custom home. Our project sites are organized in groups to improve efficiency and keeps costs low.
Our goal at Urban Building Workshop is to rebuild the community and bring its residents back home.
