This ground-up, rebuild of a fire-destroyed single-family home was completed in 2019 in Santa Rosa’s Fountaingrove neighborhood. The home includes 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths and a fantastic kitchen perfect for entertaining, complete with a secret butler’s pantry. The home features outdoor spaces and decks adjacent to each room on the main level and a roof deck off the master bedroom. UBW was the architect and builder for the home.
