Ventana on First is a 50-unit market-rate, multi-family housing development in downtown Napa.

With a targeted completion in 2025, Ventana on First is a 50-unit market-rate, multi-family development in downtown Napa. The project features direct-access garages, car charging stations, outdoor amenities, and efficient one- and two-bedroom floor plans that maximize light, volume, and flow. Urban Building Workshop served as architect of record for this project, creating all design drawings, and securing entitlements and permits. Construction for Ventana on First Napa is underway, with a targeted completion in early 2025.
