This ground-up, new construction of a single-family home was done on a forested, hillside lot in Mill Valley. The home includes 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a multi-level living-and-dining space, and outdoor spaces adjacent to each room on the ground floor. UBW designed, entitled and project-managed the renovation.
