This 100-year-old, three-unit apartment building in San Francisco had suffered through several previous and unfortunate renovations. Our work provided new exterior siding and finishes, new kitchens and baths, and the incorporation of non-habitable space into the finished floor plan. UBW designed, permitted and project-managed the renovation.
