Urban Building Workshop served as the architect of record on this project. We created all design drawings and secured entitlements and permits for the development of 17 zero-lot-line single-family homes on an in-fill parcel in Santa Rosa. The compact and efficient floor plans bring luxury living to an affordable price, using elegant materials such as engineered wood floors, standing seam metal roofs and high ceilings. Construction costs were kept in check by using slab-on-grade construction and stucco exteriors. The cedar wood accents and modern light fixtures give the homes a cool, urban identity. Construction was completed in 2018, and the homes are fully occupied.
